Design Review Request (DRR) Form Completion Checklist

Is your email and/or phone number included on the design request form?

Did you sign both page 1 and page 2 of the design request form?

Did you include a map/drawing showing the location of the proposed improvements on the Lot (including distances between the project area and the house and distances between the project area and property lines)? NOTE: Maps are *required* for all proposed landscaping projects, sheds, concrete work, decks, pools, gazebos and dog runs.

Included with the design request form is a brochure showing pictures of the completed/finished prefabricated improvement (e.g. shed, above-ground swimming pool, children's playset, pergola, gazebo).

House Painting Requests: A picture of the neighboring house on each side of your house is included with the Design Request Form. In addition, a color swatch of the proposed colors for the body, trim and accent (i.e. doors/shutters) is included with the Design Request Form. (Also indicate the proposed color for the garage door.)

Windows/Doors Project Requests Only: Included with the design request form is a brochure showing the color and style of the proposed replacement windows and/or doors. For windows, the design request form indicates whether the proposed new windows will have grids in the windows or will be grid-less windows.

Solar Project Requests Only: A written representation is included on the design request form indicating the conduit running down the side of the house will be installed behind the wing fences and painted the same color as the body color of the house.

After answering "yes" or "N/A" to all of the above questions and uploading the completed design request form and any related exhibits, click on the submit button. You will receive a response within 48 hours from the District confirming your design request form has been received. If the District management company completes its review of your design request form and determines the information provided is complete, the District management company will forward your request to the Architectural Review Committee for review and consideration.
