District Landscaping Map

The District maintains approximately 18.9 acres of open space land situated within the boundaries of the District. In addition, the District is responsible for maintaining the City-owned landscaping bordering the District's boundaries along the north side of 104th Drive and along the east side of Highway 2.

The District also owns and is responsible for maintaining the three storm water detention areas (which collect the storm water runoff from the streets) - located at the east end of E 108th Avenue, south end of Racine Street and corner of 104th Avenue and Revere Street.
