Pool Reservation Rules

Although the pool is open to the public, the District does allow District residents to schedule large group events at the pool. The District allows up to 50% (i.e. 32 people) of the pool's capacity to be reserved for a large group event lasting not more than three hours. Reservations allow for use of the shaded and covered area of the pool that the reserved group is able to place and store their items. We will hold the reserved space for 20 minutes. If no one shows up for the reservation, we will release the hold on the reservation and open the space back up to the public.

Reservations shall not overlap time slots. For example, if one group event lasts from 12pm to 3pm, no other requested group event reservations can have a start or end time within the 12pm to 3pm time slot.

Reservations must be made at 72 business hours (not including weekends) in advance of the requested date. A resident's account balance with the District must be less than $50 before any reservation request will be considered by the District.
